Finally, KWT became a COLONEL (no one is quite certain how he accomplished this) because he never attained any formal education, military service, or anything else that can be ascertained. But as a COLONEL, he started up a business called “On-Point Legal Support Services” where his most outstanding credential is that he is a Notary Public (a ‘title’ that he flaunts).
KWT loves to file lawsuits, threaten to file lawsuits, and look for possible lawsuits. He fancies himself as a lawyer although be barely made it out of high school. Indeed he sued Kaufman County , Texas

Again, out of necessity, I remind you, Charles that you are violating Dougs, my wife's, and my demand that you cease and desist your stalking and harassing and threatening contacts with us. We have repeatedly made it crystal clear to you that we are no longer merely considering bringing suit against you for stalking, harassment, terroristic threats, and defamation of character. We are retaining each of yours and your aliases' emails as solid and unequivocal evidence of your having ignored our numerous demands to cease and desist having any contact with any of the three of us and all three of us. We have stressed that we await you and your Jewish hounds in D.C. to file suit for your outlandish claims of having been stolen from with respect to your "imagined" inheritance and we have told you to bring it on knowing that we will prevail against you and that your Jewish hounds and or neighbor lawyers will be severely sanctioned for your filing a frivolous claim.
We have safely kept recordings of your telephone calls and each and every one of your emails which began in September, 2009 and made copies of each of your inflammatory and defaming/libelous statements from every site, including your own, which we have thus far found so that should you edit them we will have indisputable proof of what you published for public and third party consumption. You have shown your complete ignorance of the law and interestingly it follows the exact pattern which led you to be criminally convicted of precisely what we will be prosecuting the two of you for in a civil action. Charles, the bottom line is that you are very mentally disturbed and in need of some very serious help; however, that does not excuse your conduct and Elizabeth's acquiescence in it and it will not sway us in our firm commitment to litigate against you for the great harm you have caused each of us. Whether or not you choose to seek medical and/or psychological assistance along with legal counsel will be your decision. It is obvious that you need to do so but it is entirely up to you to recognize your need and choose to address it. Whatever you choose to do will not affect or deter us with respect to our determination to address the civil torts you have committed against us and seek a judicial review and remedy. Of course you can, as you have done all your life, bury your head in the sand, so to speak, and pretend that you'll somehow skate by but that's not going to work this time.

I should think that you'll find it worthwhile knowing that we have your i.p. addresses and just as the authorities did in Arkansas we have traced your emails back to you. You should also think about the fact that your claim of a PhD from the University of Texas also puts you into a precarious and civilly actionable situation with both the State of Texas and the University.
We are leaving no stone unturned in our efforts to not only expose you for what you are but also to recover what you fraudulently stole from our mother and her estate which means from us. We searched for you for years since her death and couldn't get an exact location on you which stayed the statute of limitations but now that you've come out of hiding have now have four years in order to pursue a redress for your not paying back those so-called loans which negatively affected our inheritances. You were disinherited and disowned and that is perfectly understandable and was it should have been but it didn't and doesn't relieve you of being civilly prosecuted for the fraud.
Take all of the above matters up with your "neighbor lawyers" or your Jewish hounds or their neighbor lawyers or their Jewish hounds or whomever you please but make no mistake that we will use the long-arm statutes to reach out and touch you, bro!
